3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for nutrahigh.com.pk?

Any product may be returned within 14 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call 0334-0669977 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can follow below instructions for returning your product/s.

Instructions for Return.

Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at NutraHigh, We will deduct Rs 200 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
